The lomo Preset is also hosted by Preset Heaven here: http://www.presetsheaven.com/2008/09/06/3-free-lomo-presets-for-lightroom/ It's a very old preset now (wrote for the first version of lightroom) so not sure how it fares with current versions as I don't really use lightroom anymore.
